Started ordering my meats from farms around southern Ontario. One of the nice things about going this route is you can get the bones for free. Bone broth galore!

I think Sanagan's charges about $3 for 3lbs of bones; which is just the right amount for my Instant Pot.

Those bones aren't grass-fed though. I make a lot of bone broth.

I mostly make chicken broth; more versatile for me.

and so easy/cheap. I usually have a nice batch going all day on a Sunday while watching football

If it's any comfort, it's usually about 90% beef and, if they're around, maybe 10% lamb.
