I like sunny side over a potato/leftovers hash.
I'd go with Fritatta personally...nobody ever makes those fucking things and they're one of the best representations of eggs possible.

quiches live at both ends of the spectrum. good quiches are great. but if it isn't a good quiche i find it inedible.I have to strongly - strongly - disagree there.
Frittatas and quiches are the nadir of eggmanship for me.
