I don’t know how I feel about mustard on corned beef. I don’t hate it, I don’t love it. Similar to the mayo on burgers convo, I feel it may interfere with the taste instead of add to it.
 
I have a kind of hierarchy.

Chicken I think kinda goes with anything. Mayo, ketchup, mustard, whatever.

Fish I need to have salty in order to bring out its taste, and only really want lemony adds to it and not creamy tartar sauce crap.

I like beef way more than those two, just really savor the taste, whether burgers or steak or deli meats. I really don’t like anything messing with the taste too much.
 
All of the above. A beautifully versatile food. I don't like any one way more than another really. Its versatility keeps the product well integrated in the Preston household.
 
Soft boiled, poached, sunny side up, over easy, scrambled omlette, making mayo, tamago kake gohan, a beautiful sauce for carbonara, etc. The possibilities are endless.
 
So tonight I have a t-bone with a broccoli/Cauliflower medley topped with a nice tzatziki sauce on the medley. MMMM.

I finally made my (handgrown) ghost pepper sauce. This time roasted pineapple/garlic/onion/tomatoes/white vinegar. Man it is not hard to make a tasty as fuck hot sauce. But it is fucking hot. Good thing a that pineapple is in there to sweeten it.
