Spaghetti zucchini is a nice alternative to pasta.For pasta these days, I keep it to kelp noodles to avoid the carbs. Best alternative I could find (and extra healthy).

Tongue is strictly off the menu for me. Had moose tongue at a hunt camp about 10 years ago. Overcooked, dry and the texture was the stuff of nightmares.
Done it a number of times making zoodles from fresh zuch. It works but noodles are watery even with salting and sauce don't cling. The kelp noodles are actually better than regular pasta for getting the sauce to stick.Spaghetti zucchini is a nice alternative to pasta.
I get them at a great shop near my office called Health and Nutrition (Bloor just west of Bathurst on north side). They do excellent online ordering now but the kelp noodles are not available for delivery.Where do you get those? I know Amazon.
