Some team desperate for CF help is going to nuts on the extra year or $ on Nimmo, we aren't that team.
I like Brantley but i dont think he can play much OF at this stage. Conforto would be borderline perfect but i dont think he can play any CF. So they need a 4th OF ( Tapia replacement) that is a strict CF
The other guy i wonder about is Kevin Kiermaier

I don't know if this has already been posted or who they are but...
I think Shatkins goal this off-season is to get a LHH OF that can play CF, LGJ is coming off an injured down year and is still pretty cheap. He can also play some Infield positions (flexibility FTW) and will probably be cheaper long-term.
Now it really depends on who that LHH OF is for us to make a judgment on this trade.
PS. when I heard about the trade/ return, I didn't like it

Where do people stand on Cody Bellinger as a target?
IMO he's in a different class than Nimmo, who is better, and the Benintendi/Conforto tier, cause he has the potential to be better and can actually man CF, but to be clear, the man had a worse WRC+ than Tapia last year, and will still likely warrent being quasi paid on a 1-2 year deal.
