Haven't been in a very long time but I have memories of my grandparents taking us to a character breakfast at one of the resorts.Taking kids (3 and 5) to Disney in January.
Any must dos?

yeah I have zero interest. also zero kids, which may not be a coincidence...Hats off to those who do, but Im so happy my kids didn't show much interest in going to Disney at that age.
It always sounded like an overpriced nightmare to me.

I haven't traveled by air since covid, so maybe I missed a memo, but when did "we're too cheap to hire enough staff so we're delaying your flight" become something that isn't deeply embarrassing for your company and deemed an unacceptable excuse to share with customers?
This is a thing now?
Airlines have had a lot of staffing issues. They got rid of a bunch of people int he pandemic downturn, and haven't brought enough back to handle the high demand.
Margins are better.Sounds like easy enough stuff to fix over a reasonable amount of time if they prioritized it.

So the coles notes on post-covid travel is that everything is shittier than it was before.I haven't traveled by air since covid, so maybe I missed a memo, but when did "we're too cheap to hire enough staff so we're delaying your flight" become something that isn't deeply embarrassing for your company and deemed an unacceptable excuse to share with customers?

Most recent trip to Ottawa for work we spent more time sitting on the tarmac in Ottawa than in the air. While buddy across the aisle was symptomatic with covid, no less.Im not kidding. Only 30 mins, but still…

Exactly. But its cool, air travel was so amazing before that any decline in quality isn't a big deal at all.
