OT: WWE/MMA/Boxing Thread

Was weird to see him gas like that without being that active. Father time bruh. He was piecing ddp up at the time too and then gassed then clipped then tapped within like 10-15 seconds.

Izzy was saying he wasn’t gassed during the post. He’s usually pretty honest in post fights interviews.

Could say that his chin is starting to give. But the dude hits hard - that left that Izzy took messed him up and don’t even think he realized it until it was too late - which was the crazy part to me.

For those of you degenerates, and I may be on an island here, Naoya Inoue's fighting tomorrow morning at around 6AM EST.

The ring walk-out is scheduled for 5:30AM or so.

So, an interesting news night...

-The Chandler Vs McGregor fight is off, for the time being.
-Chandler will be fighting Charles Oliveira on the November New York card
-Dustin Poirier's looking for one last fight, maybe against Gaethje, maybe McGregor, we'll see.

With UFC 306 tomorrow, too. Besides the headliner, co-headline, and the Lopez-Ortega fight, it's a regional level card filled with fighters that should be in LFA.

Zullhuber is a legit talent. Trained around him - something different about how many ways he can hurt you. Don’t sleep on that fight. Should be a banger between two young talents.

I think you’re onto something….suspect McGregor decided he wants another chance at Poirier, so ditched the Chandler fight.

He's good, but he's a relatively unknown fighter on the second fight of a PPV card. With all due respect to him, he shouldn't be on a PPV. On the pre-PPV portion, no problem.

I'm honestly surprised they didn't put the most overhyped prospect since Sage Northcut, Raul Rosas Jr, on the PPV card.

I honestly don't want Poirier's last fight to be against McGregor, I have no interest in it. Matter of fact, I don't have much interest in seeing McGregor fight ever again.

Give me a Dan Hooker/Michael Chandler/Charles Oliveira rematch, a Justin Gaethje trilogy, or since we're talking pie in the sky bullshit? The winner of Max - Ilia.
