The 2019-2020 MotherFucking Season Thread

Slightly surprising move---the Leafs have assigned Jake Muzzin to the Marlies on a conditioning stint:





Because Muzzin's a vet, and especially because it's currently the bye-week & all-star break for the rest of the team, Muzzin would've had to OK this move. So kudos to him I guess for being more interested in getting back into game shape than he is in going on vacation.

Hopefully this is also a good sign that he'll be ready to go right out of the all-star break, and hopefully he'll drop-kick one of Ceci or Marincin out of the lineup.

Nope, there's no cap impact that I'm aware of. Players on LTIR who go on conditioning loans are still just on LTIR.

They don't even necessarily have to activate him from LTIR once the conditioning loan is over.

I am an educated man. Educated in knowing its all a fix out there. All arranged.

But what about you guys. Do you find it normal, two scruffs like these two idiots have 41 million bucks to actually come to Canada and distract me from my morning coffee?

Meaghan is meager attractive, Harry is obviously the son of some guy who worked in the horse stalls.

How is this relevant? Does anyone care? Oh my god, this just makes me. Ah it just makes me want to laugh and laugh.

Same thing the majority of wealthy people did to get their money. Nothing. Come sailing into the world out of the right vagina.

With that said, she was a semi famous actress and had built a reasonably successful career in Hollywood before becoming a princess. So she would be relatively rich regardless.

I used to subscribe to the “Harry is most likely a bastard” theory, but with each passing year he’s looking more and more like Chuck. Even moreso than his brother Willy.

I don't have a horse in the race and kind of don't give a fuck. But yeah, he's the son of one of the two.
 
hope the scouting is good there. he's a plausible partner for Mo if he's back on his game. Nothing earth shattering, but a solid partner for Mo, especially if Muzz-Holl is doing the heavy lifting with matchups.
 
Judging by numbers alone most wouldnt like it but from those who do watch the Oilers on a regular basis apparently he is very stable in his own zone especially when pinned in

depends where his game is at.

he's better than ceci, and might be capable enough with Mo that we can drop Barrie to much easier offensive usage on the bottom pair.

but, for much of this year and last year, he has dropped from being solid 2nd pair defensive quality to being kinda bad, so it all depends on whether he's actually recovering from that or not.

Do we move Barrie in the deal? At this point i'd say its unlikely we resign him.

Maybe we can squeeze a Puljujarvi out of them? Or would we move Ceci + one of our fwd prospects?

Barrie for Larsson(retained)+Pulju - Think Barrie would be a really good fit offensively there

Ceci + ? for Larsson
