Another prediction.

Keefe keeps the leafs competitive but not firing on all cylinders until American Thanksgiving.

Shanny steps in and makes the call to fire Keefe, but not for No-Neck... instead, he waits for the Canucks to can Bruce Boudreau and Boudreau takes the leafs to the next level. The Boudreau bump.

This is how I foresee it and this is how it will be.

The problem with Justin Holl is that he's a #5-6 RHD being played like a heavy matchup shutdown D, and he's not. Muzzin carried him to good results for a while but without non busted Muzz, he is what he is.

I know Schenn is crap and a 6th defenseman. This is why I have him there. and would rotate him with the other names.

Schenn hits, schenn can clear the front of the net. Holl does not.

Brodie is now on the second pair with a puck moving D.. Sandin, Reilly is with Lilly. Schenn is 6-7 Dman.

The same Bruce Boudreau that’s notorious for ending up on the losing side of every game seven he’s a part of in the playoffs, and for never getting past the second round no matter how good his teams are in the regular season?

He does seem almost like a soul mate to our core group of players with that resume. But the guy to “take them to the next level”? I dunno.
 
Schenn is bad and can barely hack it on a terrible defensive team, why do we want him here?

Last time he was on a good team he wasn't a 6-7, he was a mean Martin Marincin.

It's funny how at some point a coach just exceeds his shelf life and starts saying shit that makes you just want him to get tossed out sooner.

No, the forwards have been perfect. I haven't noticed any drop off of play from anyone not named Tavares and Nylander.
 
Wayne deserves back in.

NAK gets the chance to play without ZAR for the first time so a good game could really hurt ZAR.

The constant turnover at the bottom makes it likelier to me that when they get home from this trip some Marlies may get a deserved look.
