TML? More like FML, amirite? Yet Another Off Season Thread

If you are looking to solve your winger problems is Marchment the answer? Im all for it on a cheap deal but after his run this season I just dont think thats a viable option

 
it's more of problem a year from now with Bunting inevitably moving on.

for this year, as far as the skaters go, a 3C that can generate some offence is a higher priority.
 
Keeping finding the Buntings and Hymans. Dubas obviously has an eye for these guys this is why he was going after guys like Bagel as well

I would not be upset if the plan was to start Robertson on that 2nd line and Knies was a trade deadline type addition.

If the 3rd line can generate offence at 5's, I'm good with letting Robertson grow into the role. Its time to start trusting the kids. Lilly, sandin, and Robertson are all ready for real roles.
 
What I love about that story is that the dude Fletcher confused Finger with (Kurt Sauer) was a piece of garbage too, and was out of the league within two years of signing his own UFA deal that summer.

So we were fucked either way.

Not quite. Sauers career was ended by a concussion. He also signed for half of what the leafs dummies gave to Finger.
