I hope Belzile gets a shot somewhere else.

I think Belzile is turning into what Mike Keane was for the Manitoba Moose or even Rich Clune for the Toronto Marlies. He understands what his role is, he knows that he's probably not going to play more than the odd NHL game, but he's playing near home and he's making a pretty decent salary. I don't think it's a coincidence that he keeps sticking around either. He could have been like Xavier Ouellet and try his shot elsewhere, but he wants to stay here.

There's real value in having a player like him in your farm system.
