you don't have a problem with insurers limiting where you can access your benefits to certain, preferred corporate buddies of theirs?
 
the point is that whether you get really sick, medium sick or just a little sick you probably won't die in most cases that's hyperbole!!

ah okay did not realize you just objected to what you perceived as hyperbole in the tweet. understood.

but I don't think I agree that it is hyperbolic. I've seen a lot of situations with former clients where they will not get the medication or treatment they need if their insurer denies coverage. it is much more common than I think a lot of folks would expect or appreciate. and obviously just a cynical ploy from the insurer in any event.
