In general i'm not super enthused about targeting #4/5 dmen, especially since that probably means less playing time for some guys that are probably better.
Picking between these two isn't clear either tho - Tanev is safer, but zero offense and older and possibly declining, while Zadorov is riskier but gives some offensive punch and has the outside chance of being one of those giant dmen who breaks out later in his career.
