I see significant cognitive deterioration and a different person since then. That is my opinion but this is not something that I am too horny about continuing to discuss. At this point it's just a "he has declined significantly" vs "no he hasn't!!! Media!!!!" back and forth that will never end in anyone agreeing with each other.
