They want Dach, apparently. This would be a sideways move by the Habs. Dubois doesn’t make them a contender to try this year, so wait them out.

You can get creative and move anyone within reason

TB basically told McDonough , you dont fit anymore and putting you on waivers

Lucic , Pheaneuf and other slugs got moved

I think getting PLD at the right price is a good move, it helps take pressure off of Nick. I like CC-Nick-Dach as a line so i see Dach fitting in as a winger.. PLD brings us size, and some good skills.. PLD and Nick are close in age .. I just don't see how getting PLD stops the rebuild..
